· [URGENT] 1st-year Students 2009/2010

Dear 1st-year Students 2009/2010,

If you have not completed the small online Occupational Safety and Care test yet, it will be possible to do that from 1 to 15 September as the very last term. However, in order to be given a chance to do this test, you need to:
1. Write a request to the Dean asking for a possibility of taking the test in September.
2. Pay 200 PLN to the PLN account of our Faculty and deliver the proof of payment.

NOT COMPLETING THIS TEST WILL RESULT IN FAILING THE YEAR!
